VNM sent Sergio Ontiveros and his family to Acapulco, Guerrero to establish a church. Two years and a lot of sweat later, the church has become a reality. The church in Acapulco has now bought a property and mission groups have begun to arrive and help build and glorify the work of the Lord. Although Acapulco is known for its famous beaches and vacation life, Acapulco also contains great suffering, poverty, and corruption. The people there are in desperate need of a new, better life, which through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, they can obtain. |

In 1994, VNM sent Gonzalo Garcia and his family to start a Christian church in Tepic, Nayarit Mexico in its quest to have a Christian church in every state of Mexico and bring people to Christ. Nayarit was one of the nine states in Mexico that does not have a single Christian Church. Today, we are happy to say that the church in Tepic has blossomed into a strong and lively organization. The church in Tepic was built with the help of church members and the support of American churches and mission groups. |
